Travel

This year’s meeting is being held in The Mermaid Inn, in the Peak District in the UK.

The venue is situated between Manchester, Sheffield, Nottingham and Birmingham.

Getting to the Venue

This year we are asking all attendees to make their own way to the venue or to arrange their own travel to Manchester or Nottingham. We will collect people who need to get from Manchester or Nottingham to the Venue.

For those traveling via Nottingham, we will meet at the University of Nottingham, Department of Chemistry.

The venue is approx 1 hour’s drive, up into the Peak District, from both Manchester Airport and the University of Nottingham.

Flying

For those flying to the conference, you have a few options. If you are flying via London or Birmingham, then you can get the train from there to Nottingham.

Alternatively, there are also many flights directly to Manchester.
